Integrate with Diska over REST using API keys — agents, calls, analytics and webhooks.
The Diska API gives you programmatic access to agents, calls, transcripts, analytics and knowledge. For integrations, the entry point is the API Channel, authenticated with the API keys created under Settings → API Keys.

The channel's OpenAPI specification is at GET /v1/openapi.json.
There is also an internal API at
/api/v1, used by the backoffice with Better Auth sessions. It is not an integration contract — it is referenced for transparency.
