Publish and receive calls
Make the agent accessible through available channels.
Publishing an agent means associating it with an active input channel. The options for each agent are in Publishing Settings within the agent editor.
Available channels
| Channel | Status |
|---|---|
| Browser demo | Available |
| Public link (browser) | Available |
| Embedded site widget | Available |
| API Channel (API keys) | Available |
| Phone | In preparation |
| Coming soon | |
| Web chat | Coming soon |
Phone
It is already possible to buy and attach a phone number to the agent under Publishing Settings → Phone, but live phone calls will arrive at a later stage — for now the number is reserved and ready for when the channel becomes active.
Public link
Each published agent can have a public link: a token that allows anyone to speak with the published version of the agent in the browser without a Diska account.
- Publish a version of the agent — the public link always serves the published version, never drafts.
- In Publishing Settings → Public link, click Enable public link.
- Use the Widget tab of the Publishing Settings to copy the embed code — see Embed the voice widget for the snippet variants, the microphone permission attribute and troubleshooting.
Managing the link:
- Generate new link rotates the token — all previously shared links stop working immediately.
- Disable cuts access to the channel. The token is retained, so re-enabling will restore the same link.
Only users with permission to publish agents can manage the public link.
Review calls
Open Histories to see, per call:
- date/time and duration;
- transcription;
- analysis and flow result;
- data extracted by the post-call pipeline.
Define at least one
end node with the reason "resolved" to enable resolution rate analysis.
