Booking
Schedule meetings or demos using Cal.com.
The Booking node (booking) allows the Agent to schedule a meeting on the user's calendar using the Cal.com integration.
Action vs. node
The Booking Action defines the Cal.com event, duration, timezone and slots to suggest. The node in the Flow references that action and indicates contact and preferred time variables.
Action fields

| Event type ID | Event ID in Cal.com. |
| Event title | Name shown to the customer. |
| Timezone | Africa/Luanda, Europe/Lisbon or UTC. |
| Days to suggest | How many days to show. |
| Slots per day | Maximum options per day. |
| Gap between slots | Hours between proposed slots. |
| SMS confirmation | Send SMS after booking. |
Node in the Flow
- Contact variable: where the customer's contact is stored.
- Preferred time variable: where the preferred time is stored.
- Output variable: where to save the result (link, date, etc.).
Validation
- Error if the title or booking action is missing.
- Warning if no live action is selected.
- Warning if contact or time variable is missing.
