Flow
Visual structure and rules for connecting nodes.
A Flow is a directed graph of nodes that describes the agent's behaviour during a call.
Required structure
Every main Flow begins with:
Main Flow → Before conversation → Greeting message → next step
These nodes are structural and cannot be deleted.
Node types
| Category | Types |
|---|---|
| Structural | main, trigger, greeting_message, placeholder, after_conversation |
| Conversational | conversation, message |
| Logic | branch, jump |
| Subflows | trigger_subflow |
| Actions | custom_action, during_call_sms, transfer, booking |
| Terminal | end |
Connection rules
mainonly connects totrigger.triggerconnects togreeting_messageor to pre-conversation steps.greeting_messagedoes not connect directly tobranch(it needs aconversationnode first).endonly connects toafter_conversation.after_conversationhas no outgoing connections.
For the full table of allowed connections, see Flow structure.
Subflows
A subflow has an entry point (Subflow → Entry conditions) and can be invoked by another Flow using the Trigger subflow node. It helps reuse logic across agents.
