Test a flow

Text simulator

In the builder, click Testar → Simulação (Test → Simulation). Enter messages as if you were the customer and see:

• The active node.
• The variables collected.
• The path chosen at each branch.
• The actions executed.

Ideal for validating logic without spending telephony credit.

Web Call

Tests voice in real time in the browser:

1. Click Testar → Web Call.
2. Allow microphone access.
3. Talk to the agent.

The test panel has three tabs — Teste manual, Simulações and Resultados — and lets you switch channels (Web Call and Chat). The Chamada telefónica (phone call) option appears but is not connected yet (in preparation).

What to watch for

• Greeting within the expected time.
• Behavior during interruptions.
• Correct variable collection.
• Triggering of transfers, SMS and bookings.
• Closing at an end node.

Debugging

After each test, the Resultados tab and the Históricos (History) page show:

• The full transcript.
• The executed actions and their outcome.
• The final session state.
