Configure a Phone Book

A Phone Book is a contact list associated with an organization. It is primarily used in Transfer nodes.

Create a Phone Book

1. Open Acções → Transferências de chamada (Actions → Call transfers) and open the contact book (Phone Books).
2. Click New Phone Book.
3. Give it a name and description.

Add entries

Each entry contains:

• label: name or description;
• e164: number in E.164 format;
• transfer_condition: textual condition for the AI to decide when to use this entry.

Use in the flow

In the transfer action, choose destination type Phone Book. The AI model uses each entry's transfer_condition to select the correct destination.

Validate

The tool validates that each number is in E.164. Invalid numbers are not saved.
