Flow variables
System variables and variables collected during conversation.
Variables allow the agent to remember information between steps and use it in conditions, messages, actions and transfers.
System variables
Available in any flow, with source system:

Conversation variables
In the Conversation node you can collect one or more variables:
name: technical identifier (letters, numbers and_only; cannot start with a number).type: String, Number, Integer, Boolean, List, Email or Phone number (Number/Integer accept a minimum/maximum range).question: the prompt the agent asks the customer.required: whether it is mandatory.
Action variables
Nodes that perform an operation can return a result:

Using variables
In branch conditions, choose the variable, the operator and the value. For example:
confirmed == true
plan contains "premium"
Supported operators are: equals, not_equals, contains, greater_than, less_than, is_empty, is_not_empty, is_true, is_false.
Variable names must follow the pattern
[a-zA-Z_][a-zA-Z0-9_]*. Do not use accents or spaces.
