Getting started
Initial setup
First access, company details and inviting the team.
Before building your first agent, prepare your organization: confirm company details and bring the team onboard.
1. First access
Authenticate in Diska backoffice with your account email. If you were invited by a colleague, use the invitation link you received — your account will be automatically associated with the correct organization.
2. Confirm company details
Go to Settings → Company to review:
- Name — the company name displayed on the platform and in communications;
- Website — the public company URL (optional);
- Region — set during account configuration; it cannot be changed here;
- Company ID — you can copy it from this page; it is useful for support requests.
Only owners and administrators can edit these details.
3. Invite the team
In Settings → Members, click Invite user and provide each colleague's email and role.
- Pending invitations appear in the Invites tab, where you can copy the invitation link or revoke it.
- After an invite is accepted, you can change the member's role or remove them at any time.
4. Roles and permissions
Each member has a role that defines what they can do in the organization:
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full control of the organization, including deletion. |
| Admin | Manage company settings, members, phone numbers and agent archive. |
| Member | Create, edit, test and publish agents, Flows and Knowledge Base. |
| Viewer | View agents, histories and tests; can run tests but cannot edit. |
Invite the team with the most restrictive role that still allows them to do their job — you can always promote a member later.
Next step
With the organization ready, create your first agent.
