Learn the canvas, node bar and properties panel.
Canvas
The central area where you drag nodes, connect steps and organize the flow.
- Zoom with the mouse wheel or the bottom-right buttons.
- Click a node to open the properties panel.
- Click a connection to edit, delete or insert a node in the middle.
Node bar
Opens when you click the add button or drop a connection. It lists nodes by category:
- Conversation
- Flow control
- Actions
- Human transfer
- Business
The picker only shows available nodes; nodes still to launch do not appear.
Properties panel
Appears on the right when you select a node. It shows the node-specific configuration fields:
- Conversation node instruction.
- Variables to collect.
- Branches and targets.
- Actions, transfers and bookings.
Versions
At the top you can see the draft version and the Publish button. Publishing validates the flow and creates an executable version.
