Use the Flow Builder

Design conversation flows on the canvas.

The Flow Builder is the visual flow editor. Each agent has a main flow and can have subflows.

Interface

  • Canvas: drawing area with zoom and pan.
  • Left sidebar: catalog of available nodes.
  • Right sidebar: properties of the selected node.
  • Top toolbar: save, test, undo/redo, publish.

Add a Node

  1. Click the + button on a valid output.
  2. Choose the node type from the catalog.
  3. Configure properties in the right sidebar.

Connect Nodes

Drag from an output to an input. Invalid connections are rejected automatically.

Default main flow

Main flow
└── Before conversation
    └── Greeting
        └── Next step (placeholder)
  • Main flow: the call's entry point.
  • Before conversation: start conditions.
  • Greeting: the agent's first line.
  • Next step: a placeholder you replace with the first real node.

Subflows

Subflows are useful to reuse logic. To invoke one, insert a Disparar subfluxo (Trigger subflow) node in the main flow.

Validation

The Flow Builder automatically validates:

  • unconnected nodes;
  • end nodes without a reason;
  • branches without a fallback;
  • placeholders without mapping.

See Flow Builder and Nodes for the full reference.
