Message
Speak a fixed or LLM-generated message.
The Message node says something to the customer without collecting a reply. It can be a fixed phrase or generated by an LLM from an instruction.
Modes
| Mode | Description |

| Fixed | Exact text that will be spoken. |
| LLM generated | Instruction for the model to generate the message at runtime. |
Fields
- Message: fixed text in Fixed mode.
- Generation instruction: prompt in LLM generated mode.
- Wait for response: if enabled, the flow waits for customer input.
Allowed connections
Can connect to any valid conversational step: conversation, message, branch, jump, trigger_subflow, custom_action, during_call_sms, transfer, booking, end, placeholder.
Validation
- Error if neither fixed content nor generation instruction is present.
- Error if the node has no next step or
end.
